Kim Line-Berget

Kim has been competing in agility for over fifteen years. Her love of dogs began at the age of eight through her local 4-H program where she trained obedience and junior showmanship.  After college she returned to training dogs when she obtained Jack from her vet clinic.  Jack introduced her to Agility when she enrolled him for an activity to work on his confidence.

In a short amount of time, Kim achieved multiple championship titles in various venues and has been a repetitive AKC national finalist.  In addition, she has competed internationally with her Sheltie Racket representing the U.S. twice as an AKC World Team member at the FCI World Championships and three times at the European Open Championships becoming both an individual and team finalist.

Kim teaches a fun competitive outlook and believes a positive mindset makes all the difference in training for both the dog and handler.  She embraces all handling systems and focuses on the learning style of the dog and handler and what provides the best results.  Kim continues her own education by taking seminars and private lessons with top agility handlers state side and internationally.  She believes each dog has a lesson to teach us, we only have to listen.

Kim is employed as a Life and Annuities Representative in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.  She lives in Schofield with her husband Brian and multiple Shelties.

Kim offers instruction in group classes, private lessons and seminars.  She can be reached at
